A big brand in the competitive category of Home & Kitchen joined us at the end of December 2021 for their business to make it more successful. They needed technical support to increase their sales and attract customers on Amazon. Home and Kitchen is the top category among sellers, but it has plenty of subcategories which results in brutal competition. We started working together with no sales which are now $54,377.74 approx.
CHALLENGE
Our primary goal was to increase traffic to Amazon product detail pages while launching and growing new products to increase orders. The secondary was to get more reviews.
ACTIONS
We created new campaigns and product promotions in Amazon Seller Central to increase orders. To increase traffic, we did keyword research and product optimization. We also used high-resolution images with lucid details that stimulated the buyers’ imagination and inspired them to buy our product.
For reviews, we did email marketing. We sent customer satisfaction surveys via email campaigns to gather feedback from customers.
