Vendor Central Account: Improving Overall Sales with Images & PPC
The client is selling Office Supplies products on Amazon through the Vendor Central Platform. They launched the products in the mid of 2018. For about one and a half years, they were maintaining the account and sales on their own, and in January 2020, they partnered with us, a full-service amazon account management agency, to help their growth on Amazon. As their product is unique, their main concern was how they could create images for this kind of product and then increase sales.
CHALLENGE
The brand faced many issues encountered while selling on Amazon Vendor Central just like any other seller. However, the most pressing issue we were asked to deal with was to improve their images by creating some fresh ones with the raw images they shared. They also wanted us to help them with organic sales and PPC sales.
ACTIONS
Started by researching competitors for how to create 10 different images we started to work on the raw images. We created infographics and lifestyle images which were explaining the product benefits and the size of the product, which helped the customers to make the buying decision. Later, we carried out a thorough analysis which allowed us to determine the maximum number of high-performing keywords in the niche category. Then all high-performing keywords were added in a separate advertising campaign for effective placement management. We also launched a new strategic advertising campaign to attract the maximum amount of traffic.
BENEFITS
Impressions and clicks were always more on most of the product detail pages, but the correct information provided with the help of images increased the conversion rates and the sales of the products. The new high-volume keywords targeted in the campaigns also helped us in directing over 75% of the traffic to the “Top Of Search” placement. The keywords were also added by us in the new SEO content created to increase the keyword rankings on the high-performing keywords.
