Returnless resolutions through Return Settings allow you to ship seller-fulfilled replacement orders while letting customers keep the original items.
When you offer a returnless replacement through Buyer-Seller Messaging instead of Return Settings, the return isn’t recorded in our system.
This means if the customer doesn’t return the original item on time, they’ll be automatically charged, even though you told them to keep it. This can result in negative feedback and A-to-z Claims against your account.
To set returnless resolutions in Return Settings:
- Go to Return Settings and select the Resolutions tab.
- Select Create a returnless resolution rule and enter a rule name.
- Set your price range parameters, then select Save.
To manage existing rules:
- To edit a rule, select it, select Edit, modify your settings, then select Save.
- To remove a rule, select it, select Delete, and select Yes.
