The Account Health Rating (AHR) listed on your Account Health dashboard directly impacts your ability to sell in our stores. To help prevent account restrictions, we’ve outlined best practices that can improve or maintain your rating.
Your AHR measures your overall performance and falls into three categories:
- Green (200 – 1,000): Meeting performance requirements
- Yellow (100 – 199): At risk of restrictions
- Red (99 or lower): Eligible for deactivation
To help increase your AHR, remember:
- Shipping and delivery are critical to your success. Always ship within your stated handling time, provide tracking numbers for all shipments, and meet your delivery commitments.
- Customer service excellence helps maintain your rating. Make sure to respond to all customer messages within 24 hours, keep your order cancellation rates low, and minimize negative feedback.
- Quality listings are essential. Your product descriptions should be accurate and include high-quality photos. Keep your inventory levels updated, remove out-of-stock items right away, and ensure your prices remain competitive.
