We’ve launched updates to the Returns and Recovery: Insights and Opportunities dashboard to provide you with more comprehensive return and recovery data and actionable recommendations. These updates can help you reduce return-related losses and increase recovered value from returned inventory.
You can now use the dashboard to do the following:
- View trends for key metrics: Spot patterns and track return and recovery metrics over time.
- Track return processing costs: View FBA return processing fees for high-return products, excluding apparel and shoes, in our new Return fees column.
- Identify high-return products: Prioritize products that need immediate attention with a column that displays frequently returned item badges.
- View performance insights and suggestions: See product-level data to understand performance, with recommendations like updating product listings and addressing manufacturing issues that may be causing customer returns.
