We’re now accepting single-SKU pallets and floor-loaded palletizable shipments at two new Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) centers in California and Arizona. These state-of-the-art facilities are designed to handle palletizable shipments, and together they add 12 million cubic square feet of storage to our network.
To help you save on processing costs, we’re offering a limited-time promotion. Shipments that meet our AWD palletizable region shipping requirements and are received at either of the two new centers by January 14, 2026 will be charged an inbound processing fee of $1 per box, as compared to our base rate of $1.35 per box.
To send inventory to these new distribution centers, follow these steps:
- Go to Send to Amazon Warehousing and Distribution.
- Under Step 1: Choose Inventory to send, click Change ship to, and select your desired region. If you plan to use the new distribution centers, select West Coast Palletizable (US).
- Click Submit.
- Complete the workflow and finalize your booking.
- Prepare labels for your shipment, and send your inventory.
Shipments that don’t meet our palletizable region requirements or don’t match your order details will be charged a processing fee of $2.50 per box, instead of the base rate of $1.35 per box. We may reject shipments that contain mixed products on one pallet or don’t otherwise meet our pallet requirements.
