High-quality Prime-Exclusive Price Discounts participating in the event can benefit from increased traffic and visibility on Prime Day, including ‘Prime Day Deal’ badging in Search, in Cart, and on the Product Detail page.
Select Prime Exclusive Price Discounts may also be discoverable on a dedicated landing page for Prime Members.
To create a Prime Exclusive Price Discount, follow these steps:
- Go to Advertising, and then select Price Discounts.
- Click Create a price discount.
- Select Events from the drop-down menu and complete the form.
- Proceed to Step 2: Add products and complete the workflow.

Each Prime Exclusive Discount campaign is subject to a $100 flat fee for event merchandising and can contain up to 500 SKUs. You will not be charged this fee unless you generate at least one sale on a Prime Exclusive Discount SKU.
Price discounts are a great option to promote new and existing products or to sell through excess inventory on high-traffic days. Use the new bulk upload templates to add more products for customers and refine your selection as needed leading up to the event.
