Track Amazon Business customer patterns with new metrics

We’ve added additional business to business (B2B) metrics to give you better visibility into your performance with Amazon Business customers and help refine your B2B strategy.

To provide you with insights on which products perform better with Amazon Business customers and help you spot feedback and return patterns, we’ve added the following metrics:

  • Refund rate (B2B) and Units refunded (B2B): Track how often Amazon Business customers submit returns and receive refunds.
  • Negative feedback received (B2B), Feedback received (B2B), and Received negative feedback rate (B2B): Monitor business customer satisfaction so you can make updates to B2B product descriptions or your bulk fulfillment process.
  • A-Z Claims granted (B2B) and Claims amount (B2B): Understand B2B-specific claim patterns like higher claim frequencies for specific regions or products.

 

To access these reports, go to Business Reports and select B2B under Dashboard views.
